Feeling sad is not happy feeling. Everyone feels sad sometimes. Feeling sad is okay. Sometimes we aren't able to do something we really want to do. For example, to go on a party when we sick. We feel sad. Sometimes things that we like very much get lost or ruined. We feel sad. Sometimes pets die like Pre-K pet Bubble died. We felt sad. That is what Pre-K friends said make them sad,

When we feel sad, we feel very unhappy. We don't have to feel sad forever. There are things we can do to make ourselves feel better. When we cannot do somethings we want to do, we can find something else to do instead. When something we like is lost or ruined, we can ask someone to help us to look for a thing or try to fix it. When people you love leave, find out where they are going and when they will be back. If anyone mean to you, try to avoid them. Don't talk to meanies, don't play with meanies. Talk about your feelings with adults or with your friends.
